Flexibility training at Unity Gym is broken down into three stages:
- Stage One: For beginners, just starting on their stretching journey.
- Stage Two: For those who stretch regularly but face obstacles.
- Stage Three: For those who are strong but lack flexibility or vice versa.

Simply put, Stage 3 combines strength and flexibility. It's for folks committed to working out at least three days a week. Got at least a year's experience in, say, martial arts or weightlifting? You're an excellent fit.
We also call Stage 3 the "specialist stage." Why? Because it's designed for those who have trained long and hard in a specific field. Be it powerlifting or rugby, you've focused so much that you face "specialist disease."
Occasionally you may hear us talk about the specialist disease. This isn't a real illness. It's the physical toll your body pays when you specialize too much in one area. You become so good at one thing that you neglect others, causing imbalance and even injuries.
So who thrives in stage 3?
