You’ve probably heard of routines that promise to supercharge your day. Maybe you’ve tried some and found they don’t quite fit your needs. The reality? The best daily routine is the one that moves you closer to your goals.

This week in our latest Youtube video Rad lifts the curtain on his daily routine to show you what he does to maximize his productivity and quality time with his family.

He’s up at 5 a.m., but not for the reasons you might think. It's all about aligning his morning routine with his three main goals: business growth, physical development, and family time.

Every week, he identifies tasks that edge him closer to these goals and turn them into habits. This strategy works wonders for fitness, too. We often hear it's not about how hard you work, but how often. True, but I’d argue it's about habits that align with all your goals.

Rad says that in his 25 years as a coach, people usually fall into two groups. One has daily habits that tick off tasks at work and home. The other doesn't. If you're in the latter group, you'll find it tough to work out consistently.

Two 90-minute focus blocks each day get more done than the average workday. Notifications? Turned off. Distractions? Zero. These blocks of uninterrupted work make my day productive.
